Lewis Hamilton rued a missed opportunity to stretch his lead atop the drivers' standings at the Italian Grand Prix on Sunday and rival Felipe Massa was lucky to not lose ground in the Formula One title race.Hamilton, starting 15th, got as high as second on a Monza circuit affected by rain and mist before an extra tire swap cost him.
