Healthy Simms faces challenge from Garcia

Tampa Bay coach Jon Gruden seems to have wasted little time picking a front-runner from his vast array of quarterback candidates.

"There's not a lot of controversy in my eyes right now," Gruden said at a Chamber of Commerce breakfast in Tampa, Fla., last week. "If you want to catch up to Jeff Garcia, our young quarterbacks have a lot of work to do."
