Yeah, just would like to see the whole hair flip. Now it just looks like she has tourettes or something.

 

I did what I could man, 100 KB just doesn't give you much room to work with, animation wise.

I took out every second frame 3 or 4 times, and reduced the resolution more than 5 times.
