How Do You Post A YouTube Video?

I know you copy the embed text, but how do you get it to pop up rather than just the text?

 

What text? Just paste the full URL of the video, and magic happens instantly.

 

If you post it from a "Quick Reply" or when "Edit"ing a post it often times shows up just as text.

Make sure you always post them by using the "Post Reply" option.
