Mike Kisla from the Denver Post reports failure this year could put Broncos head coach Josh McDaniels' job in jeopardy. McDaniels has already proven he can 1} show who is the boss; 2) erase all evidence of Mike Shanahan; 3) pump his fist and twirl his whistle; 4) curse on national TV; and exploit the NFL marketing machine. During the first year McDaniels was on the job, the Broncos might have made more headlines than any 8-8 team in the history of the league and now his mission is to win the Super Bowl with anything less than winning the AFC West being considered a failure by the Broncos. If he doesn't win at least 10 games in 2010, it's a strong sign the Broncos hired a young coach to learn from his mistakes here rather than to win big in Denver. McDaniels truly believes character counts, which is refreshing. But if it doesn't count on the scoreboard, even good, churchgoing Broncomaniacs will take the coach's name in vain.

I think he'll have 2 or 3 years to develop tebow, and if tebow fails he'll be out

McDaniels is on a strait power trip, his 1st priority is to prove to everybody that he can be a head coach and should be the team getting better. He's more worried about how he looks, and making sure everybody repects him, than doing whatever it takes to win.
