The Jaguars’ streak of rushing for 100 yards in four straight games came to a grinding halt Sunday against Tennessee. And it wasn’t because the Jaguars fell behind and had to scrap the game plan — that was the early-season culprit when they had totals of 34 rushing yards at Oakland, 51 at Seattle and 40 against Indianapolis.
