My brother uses that same logic. Seems legit.

 

so if he is a big play guy and bombs it down the field much more what is his longest passing play this year 42 yards while Alexs longest play is 55 yards. Why if Cutler is the big play guy does Cutler have less Tds per game?

Lets debunk the theory of who is a better downfield passer!
Pass plays of over 20 yards
Alex Smith is 8/17 for 273 yards 3 tds 1 int.
Jay Cutler in pass plays of over 20 yards is 9/28 for 272 yards 4 tds 1 interception.

So umm Cutler is better downfield? ok maybe you are taking about 30+ yard passes lets look at that shall we?
Alex Smith is 3/9 for 136 yards 1 TD
Jay Cutler is 3/9 for 115 yards 2 TD 1 INT
Again I am not seeing Jay Cutler being better than Alex Smith at passes 30+ yards


Alex Smith craps on Jay Cutler is basically every stat category except he throws for 13 yards less per game...........Like I said if his name was anything but Jay Cutler this wouldn't even be a discussion.
