Arbitrator Stephen Burbank has ruled in favor of the New Orleans Saints, declaring that Jimmy Graham will remain tagged as a tight end. This follows a two-day grievance hearing held last month in the New Orleans area, in which both Graham and the Saints stated their respective cases in front of Burbank, a University of Pennsylvania Law School professor.
