I've traveled alot between the US(EST) and England, for myself jet lag wasn't that bad. I would normally get to my house in England around 10am the next day(with very little sleep), I'd stay awake as long as I could normally have a hr or 2 afternoon nap make it to 9-10pm and crash and the next day I'd be pretty much adjusted. In saying that I wasn't preparing 4 a NFL game. When the teams played in London how many days in advance were they arriving?
For me it's only 5hrs but I could see west coast teams having a harder time with it.

Just move the whole freaking league to freaking London if you want it so much. I don't freaking care anymore.

A lot of this is gettin over exaggerated, but for very good reasons.

I think having ONE game outside the US isn't really a bad idea, but you have to take the precautions for both teams. You're going to need to make sure all parties involved have a bye week after their international game.

I understand the want to put the NFL overseas, and hell, maybe it's a catalyst for him to bring the NFLE back. But you don't want to let this get out of hand.

Guys, there's a reason for all this.

TV Coverage % change from last year to this year in UK:

    Sky Sports Coverage: -33%
    Five Coverage: -50%
    BBC Coverage: -50%
    MNF Football Coverage: -100%
    NFL Programming Coverage: -75%
    Off-Season/Preseason Coverage" -95%
    International Series Coverage: -50%

All this talk is to try to distract the pissed off UK fans for the fact that we have lost a big chunk of TV coverage because NFLUK got greedy and wanted big money (In which the broadcasters were unwilling to pay).

The only problem for them is that most of the fans are not buying all this crap about more games/franchise (go on nfluk.com for proof of this). Don't be surprised if there's no game in London at all next year.

Oh, and the spokesman there, Alistair Kirkwood, he's a massive asshat. He's been pissing of UK fans all year with his stupid and mindless comments along with doing a poor job.

Sucks big time andy. Can you receive ESPN America in the UK?

We used to share the Scandinavian feed up until August, but now UK has it's own feed. In other words, our NFL on TV comes from those suppliers listed.

It makes me sick when that moron runs his mouth.

What is NFLUK exactly. Is it related to the NFL, kind of a division?

It's separate to the NFL but they hold all the NFL rights in the United Kingdom. Alistair Kirkwood (Asshat) is the head of NFLUK, and the one spouting all this crap just to save his arse.
