It's being reported down here that Red McCombs, who used to own the Vikings and Spurs, wanted Gruden. McCombs has a HUGE man crush for Gruden. A couple of days ago, I read in the DMN where McCombs said that if UT hired Gruden, within five years, UT would have one or two national championships.
