The Miami Dolphins have hired Bill Lazor as offensive coordinator, the team announced Wednesday. Lazor spent this season as the Philadelphia Eagles' quarterbacks coach. The 41-year-old Lazor replaces Mike Sherman, who was fired after two seasons. "I am excited to be joining the Miami Dolphins," Lazor said. "I look forward to working with Coach Philbin and his staff. I want to thank Jeffrey Lurie, Chip Kelly, and the entire Philadelphia Eagles organization for the great opportunity they gave me over this past year.
