New Football Icon Looks Like A Blimp This icon looks very crappy as the favicon.ico file in the web browser address bar. As you can guess I like the old one better since it looks like a football. Love you SRW, love you Sweets.
Yeah, I agree. The look of these icons makes the whole site looks like crap. I would leave this place asap and tell nobody about it, if I was you....
I took a fresh look at this today, and the problem is with the as it is only 15x15 pixels, not 16x16 as per the standard. This is why it looks distorted to me in Firefox 2.x. You can expand this to 16x16 and it should look better, but I grabbed the old Favicon and improved it a bit: If you guys want the new one as an icon file or want the current one fixed let me know.
One thing I hate about the current firefox is that it doesn't let you put your own favicons for sites, I had a cool football with a white background that I used for this site, but the new firefox automatically changes it to what it's supposed to be.
