Is there a way we can have invisible code - i.e. for spoilers like it would be [invisible][/invisible] and the words inside the code could only be read if you highlight the selection. It would allow people to discuss movies and not have to see spoilers if they don't want to. It could be used for other things, I just thought it was a cool feature at another site.
yeah, but I think if there was an invisible code, people would use it more. No one uses the changing color of the words can you see this? Also, you can still see it a little as you can tell from what a typed above. Thanks though burn, I like how you are thinking.
I'm saying if you don't want to read a spoiler, then don't click on a link that has the movie in question.
Didn't that happen to you recently in the Joker thread? :icon_lol: What Oxlong is suggesting would be helpful for the "I Just Saw This Movie" thread. People break into a lot of discussions about movies in there when some people go for recommendations or reviews.
Changing the text to white is the simple answer and I think this is what SRW will suggest when he reads this idea.
We do have the NSFW code which does the same thing: [NSFW]See? You have to chose to see this text.[/NSFW]
You'll always find hidden gems on this site. We have so many features here that even some of the long-time members don't know about all of them. The way I look at it is if even only a handful of members find them useful then it's worth it.
