The 2014 NFL draft order is now set. The Houston Texans will have the first pick in the 2014 NFL draft, while the Rams (via the Redskins), Jaguars, Browns and Raiders round out the top five. Quarterback-needy teams at the top, as usual, but there's plenty of talent at other positions to entice those teams as well. The Falcons are the only top eight team without a quarterback need, but the Falcons and Vikings are likely to be left without a top quarterback if the draft unfolds in a remotely logical way. The draft order is now set, with one exception: the Eagles and Cowboys could still swap places in the final order if the Cowboys win, or the Cowboys could fall a few spots to the 16th pick if they lose.
