Word within NFL circles is that the league's next labor agreement will be devoid of a salary cap as well as a salary minimum for players, and that could lead to a lockout for the 2011 season. The Vikings' Metrodome lease expires after the 2011 season, but if there's a lockout, as now seems likely, the Vikings' chances of public funding for a restructured Dome would seem to decrease significantly.
