Vonnie Holliday has pretty much just said that there are a bunch of details and minor details that aren't cleared up yet and need to be negotiated.

So if the finer details aren't addressed, then they'll have to redo the vote on the owners side...

Both sides have had the exact same document the same length of time. Did Smith and the players get the braille version?

No they didn't. As of 8:00pm last night, the players had nothing...the players didn't get it until much, much later.

They should've had it and there should've been a joint press conference announcing a deal. The fact is, the players never had the documents. They can't vote on it without the actual agreement.

Ward - I could have sworn that Sal Palantonio reported it as distributed to both parties, thus the owners/Goodell's news conference. At the same time couldn't figured why some players were Tweeting negative stuff after the NC.

    I stand corrected.

The thing is no matter what the deal is, once it goes to the player vote, it's most likely going to pbutt. Probably 85% of the players will vote yes without even reading the thing. The owners know this and they tried to force a vote to get this deal through without some key elements in it. Luckily for the players they have Smith and the Executive committee to review the thing before it goes to vote. Once it goes to players vote, it will pbutt...
