I'm almost sure they will tweak the rules since Stephen Jones is a member of the rules committee. Maybe that will happen during the offseason.

i'd like to see the league change the review rules so pi can be reviewed too.by definition of the current rules, the pass to dez bryant was correct cause he never had total possession of the ball before it hit the ground.

Well, I'm not going into Dez's catch again.

However, I do think PI will be changed so that it can be reviewed and even challenged.

Nothing to go into. It wasn't a catch. Get over it.

The rule WILL be tweaked, because teams don't want to wind up on the short end of the stick like Dallas was. As it is now, the rule takes away from the athleticism of WRs like Beckham, Dez, and Megatron.

Also, what NE did to the Ravens as far as legal/illegal substitutions will be looked at in the offseason.

The rules need to be less complicated. Not more. Common sense needs to be used here.

Yeah they should probably tweak/take away offensive holding too, teams really don't want to end up on the short end of the stick with their quarterbacks getting sacked anymore. Not allowing holding really takes away from the lack of athleticism of...a lot...of offensive linemen.

the refs could call holding both ways every play if they wanted to call it.it is there every play.

What I've noticed through the years is they will only call holding if they feel it directly impacted the play (pass rusher would have definitely gotten a sack if not held, the running play was a success because the lead blockers hold created a huge running lane, etc).

If the hold was away from the play or if the ref feels the outcome of the play wasnt affected by the hold, they don't throw the flag

The wording of the rule on what constitutes a football move after a catch WILL be changed during this offseason whether you guys like it or not. Just wait and see.

I Have seen it when the refs look right at it and it effects the whole play and not call it at all! they need to change the rule on defense if there is holding away from the play on a wr,it should not be called.they call defensive holding all the time, yet hardly ever call it against the offense.they need to fix that shirt!

I Doubt they change it cause this is the 1st time it has come up since the calvin johnson play in 2012.
