I was a little disturbed by the thread title until I realized they're called "Funny Cars". I just saw the video of this on Sportsnite. There wasn't even a crash before it burst into flames. The car just caught fire, kept going, then crashed causing an explosion. Very scar stuff. They also said he had a wife and two children. Prayers go out to them.
Funny car racing is really cool but such a dangerous sport. Force is a great racer and I don't know how he watches his daughters race. RIP Scott Kalitta
I love that type of racing,but they have some terrible crashes. His car just exploded,and went into the wall in one big ball of flames. He didn't have a chance.
