She's already shown she's willing to lie to make herself look better (saying she doesn't drink alcohol even though she's tweeted about being drunk, told the cops she was drinking and the cops said she was inebriated, and now the nightclub owner).

She'll probably say she found Roids or drugs in his house, she made a tweet about how Steroids make you aggressive and she's been tweeting Merriman basically threatening him, but recently she's been deleting a lot of those tweets.

Honestly I don't believe a thing she says, once you lie once about the incident especially one that was so easily disputed what's stopping her from lying again?

To me it's clear she's a liar who's starving for attention as well as a very vindictive person (her history clearly shows that).
