    4.59 for Hughes
    4.66 for Kindle

    Hardy ran a 4.98... OUCH.

Hughes looks smoother and more athletic.

But, I am required to say: Yuck, 3-4.

Man, Cody looks like a slob. I know he's lost weight, but he's still really soft. A lot of stuff flopping around any time he moves.

  4. Lord_Joe

    Lord_Joe Smiley Bugger

Yeah, but he's not designed to move.

Jerry Hughes, looks good in the agility drills. Great feet and posture. Doesn't look physically strong though....did anyone catch how many reps he did on the bench?

I've like this kid since his H.S. days.....

QB Sean Canfield had one formal interview - with the New Orleans Saints.

Saints QB coach Joe Lombardi had Canfield diagram Saints plays from memory and also talk about plays he made in college that Lombardi showed on film.

"That went awesome," Canfield said. "… I think we were both on the same page."

Coleman shot himself in the foot. He's probably a round 6 or 7th prospect as a SS now.

Weatherspoon, Washington, Grimm (SS), Norwood and Sean Lee impressed me in the drills.

Spikes did not. Stock down. Plays too high and has slow feet.

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

ill take spikes in the second all day.

weatherspoon has been great all the way through the process, id be surprised if hes not a steeler

  11. Lord_Joe

    Lord_Joe Smiley Bugger

Spikes is probably out the first round now, yeah.

Weatherspoon may be a Giant to replace Pierce if they don't get Dansby.

as long as the pick isnt mays ill be ok, dan william would piss me off for the day, but mays would make me unleash evander hood-like anger

Ziggy Hood has a sweet name at least.

I hate Taylor Mays with a passion, but theres no way you guys take him with Polamalu there. Count yourself lucky.

Who do you want? An OL?

    **********Automerged Doublepost**********

In case you're wondering, I have you taking Earl Thomas, FS, Texas.

  14. Roy31

    Roy31 Hall Of Famer

21 reps for Earl Thomas. He looked bigger than expected.

24 Reps for Mays and Kyle Wilson 25.

Does anyone think Brian Price can place the nose in a 3-4? I've not seen him play and I know nothing about him other than his impressive stats at UCLA. Seems like he might be undersized for NT but I thought I'd ask you smarter people.

  16. K Train

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

I would love bulaga or davis but im conceding they wont be there so im looking like this on who makes me really happy to moderately happy, then depressed

    Bulaga
    Davis
    Mcclain
    Haden

all of whom should be gone

    so realistic tier-

    Thomas-my man crush
    Weatherspoon
    Spiller
    Cody
    Pouncey
    Graham
    Trent Williams

    kind of mad-

    Dan Williams
    Mike Iupati
    Bruce Campbell

    Furious-
    Taylor Mays

luckily i dont think mays would be the pick just because hes a box safety and we already have the best one, thomas would be a NB his first year and then FS/CB his second year....the man is incredibly talented

    **********Automerged Doublepost**********

    <3

that would make me so happy and i would forgive them for the evander hood fiasco

Per Todd McShay on ESPN Carlos Dunlap weighed 277, ran a 4.71 & did all the physical things well but tanked his interviews. Apparently the scouts thought there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm for the game, a real deal breaker for consideration of an impact rookie DE who would warrant 1st rd. $.

  18. K Train

    K Train Do You Honeycutt?

    not a chance...hes a UT in a 43 but could possibly play 34DE.

he would be this years Evander Hood, a penetrating pass rushing DT

Thanks, definitely don't need a Ziggy Hood. :icon_cheesygrin:

Todd McShay is a douche. I hate his guts.....he is by far the worst draft analyst. He hates Jimmy Clausen for absolutely no reason, and I don't like that in a person, let alone a "professional" analyst. He also copies off Mike Mayock (he put McCoy #1 in his mock the day after Mayock announced his top 5 DTs has McCoy 2st, Suh 2nd) and makes stupid picks (I'm told his 2009 mock had Fili Moala #1 overall)

His game tape shows that he takes plays off and doesn't try hard all the time. He will flash the occasional brilliance and then get dominated by inferior talent the next play. Questionable love for the game. never a good sign. Also, unusually slow first step.

Nope, and he would be wasted at 3-4 end with his quickness and explosion.

Thought you might like a second opinion.
