Thanks. I did homer up a bit on the back-ups. I was going to go Eli as my back-up QB as he was still there when I took Campbell but Eli and Hass have the same bye week.

Given the injuries the 'Hawks have at WR and the nature of their offense (pass first), I think Nate Burleson could be a bargain. Add in he has some return factor that can always bring surprise extra points.

I'm going out on a limb here but I predict ARE leads the Redskins in receiving this year. I took the Seattle D because the division has some weak teams they can beat up on. Dawson as my kicker can be changed easy enough, 10 teams means plenty out on the waiver wire but worth seeing if the Browns can keep their high scoring form early on before making a change.

I could see Randle El doing that. He was solid for most of last season...from what I recall.

Burleson is definitely a bargain pick... a great guy to have as a backup, and possible WR3.

I had my first draft of the season, so early because two owners wives are due in the next two weeks.

It is a keeper league where 4 players are kept, so most of the best players are kept obviously

my keepers were Romo, Gore, Marshall, Holt and since I won the league last year I had 12th pick out of 12

1 pt 10 rush/rec yards - 6pts all tds - 1pt 20 yds passing - everything else pretty standard and there is a PPR - I think I killed it from the 12th spot. My first two picks at 12 & 13 were Winslow & Jamal Lewis.

we start 1 QB/2 RB/3 WR/1 TE/1 K/1 DEF and are required to carry backups at all positions.

    Tony Romo
    David Garrard

    Frank Gore
    Kevin Smith
    Jamal Lewis
    Steve Slaton

    Brandon Marshall
    Torry Holt
    Joey Galloway
    Justin Gage
    Eddie Royal

    Kellen Winslow
    Kevin Boss

    Shayne Graham
    Jason Hanson

    San Diego Chargers
    Indianapolis Colts

Looks good. Especially at RB and QB. I don't know about Curtis as a starter, though. He's had a pretty sloppy preseason and a healthy LJ Smith along with the emergence of DeSean Jackson will lower his production this season.

Doesn't look bad for a 12 team league. Your definitely thin at WR, especially with Marshall's suspension looming. I like Gage but he's never lived up to his potential. Hopefully you can get some of the wire to help out early on. Not bad at all though.

I have Royal for Marshall's absence and being that he starts alongside Marshall, I may just keep him in there.

We only start 3 WR's, so gage is a bye week guy and every year Galloway gets undervalued and every year he produces week to week. Thanks for the opinions guys.

since it was a 4 player keeper, soooo many WR's were kept and since I had last pick I just kept taking BPA, Like I wasn't going to draft a lower tier WR when Winslow was still there. I picked Galloway late and got Gage and Royal the two rounds before the last two rounds (both my kickers)
