Dolphins owner Stephen Ross briefly met with the media before Miami's game against the Oakland Raiders. The bad news is Ross declined to discuss the state of his football team. Ross passed on football-related questions from the media Sunday and was there to promote the Dolphins Cycling Challenge, which raised more than $1 million for cancer research. Miami is 3-8 and is expected to make changes throughout the organization in the offseason.
