Packers offensive coordinator Joe Philbin said he believes C Scott Wells could beat out C Jason Spitz for the starting center job during training camp. "My guess is Scott is going to come back here and compete like hell. We'll see. I don't think in anyone's mind is there a foregone conclusion that Jason Spitz is going to start," Philbin said.
