Green Bay Packers cornerback Al Harris has been fined $5,000 by the NFL, according to a report in the Green Bay Press-Gazette. Harris was given a penalty for roughing the passer when he hit Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer late in the Packers’ loss last Sunday at Lambeau Field.
