When last he was heard from, Green Bay Packers rookie Clay Matthews was lining up with the No. 1s at right outside linebacker, preparing for what looked to be a promising season. Three weeks and one hamstring pull later, the first-round pick was celebrating the fact that he was on the field again, albeit in a limited role without full pads.
