Packers linebacker Nick Barnett has been testing his surgically repaired right knee with lateral movements and cutting but isn't close to being in game-ready shape. Barnett isn't participating in drills during the OTA practices and also will be held out of the minicamp. He expects to be cleared for the start of training camp Aug. 1 but will be limited for at least the first couple weeks. "I think physically I probably can play, but mentally, it's having that confidence in your knee and going out there and making those cuts without thinking about it. I'm just trying to get there right now," Barnett said. Source: FOXSports.com
