Top draft pick B.J. Raji won't be on the field when the Packers open training camp this afternoon -- and he could be absent for significantly longer. A source this morning said there has been little dialogue between the Packers and Raji's agent, Dave Dunn of Athletes First, and most likely it's going to be "at least a couple days" before the No. 9 overall pick is in camp. There haven't even been many proposals exchanged between Dunn and Packers negotiator Russ Ball, the source said, making it highly unlikely a deal could get done before the Packers' second practice Sunday morning. "It can get done quickly," the source said, "but I don't see that happening." Source: Green Bay Press Gazette
