True, luckily it's just a week 10 game, and also the Ravens lost as well so we are both 6-3. We have the Raiders coming to town this week and I expect the Steelers to respond with a win.
they better, or else the season will start fading fast. **********Automerged Doublepost********** I also want to say that the Patriots went out there last night and juts impressed me. I was at the game and have to say the crowd was taken out of it after the first TD. They tried to get back into it, but when the Defense made a stop the offense couldn't move the ball and didn't help the crowd. Congrats Pats and their fans. Brady has our number and as much as I hate him, I respect him as a player. There were a ton of fans saying "Brady Sucks" after the game and I had to say to the one guy, "He just showed that he is the best QB we have faced all season and he ripped our d up. Give him the respect he earns". So that being said, I hate the pats and Brady and it is mainly because of how dominant they are against the Steelers in Heinz Field. I want to say hope to see you down the road, but I have a feeling it would be another butt kicking. Best of luck for the rest of the season with your offense that has no real deep threat. But they continue to win. That is amazing Coaching and playing. Go Steelers.
Thanks Matt. Brady was definitely fired up about the game. Usely he's pretty cool/calm out there, but not last night. He said he was downright embarrassed about their performance last week, and you could tell he was taking it out on whoever we played this week. Hopefully we can carry this into the Colts game. I love our youth out there, but they are definitely more up and down and inconsistent, then with seasoned Vets.
no problem Top Dawg. I will be pulling for the Pats this week, as I hate all the Mannings. Brady was possessed. I hope the Steelers can get that fired up after being embarrassed in 2 Sunday Night games and almost a monday night game.
Brady was ridiculous. He was a man amongst boys on both sides of the ball and both sides of the field...
Of course Brady deserved credit, But out defense gives him the 10-12 yard pass at all times every time we play the Patriots. I don't see why we didn't blitz, the Jets and Browns did and they had no problem shutting down the Patriots with ease. I'm getting pretty sick of twinky Lebeau to be honest.
The middle of the field and the flats are consistently open every week against the Steelers. It's not a hard defense to beat lately if a team really wants to.
I've been saying it all season...a decent QB will pick this team apart. Did it last year and will do it this year. Crap...Gradkowski shredded them last season.
Which is why I'm glad Campbell is starting. It's Lebeau's job to adjust to that crap, and it's Arians job to get us in the endzone. Once that's not changing It's Tomlin's job to step in and make something happen or fire them. He doesn't have the balls, period.
