Quarterback David Garrard will miss Jacksonville’s scrimmage Saturday night because of a sore back. Garrard tweaked his lower back during practice Thursday and limped off the field. He’s getting massage and stimulation therapy, but he’s not sure when he will be able to return to practice. He says his back started getting tight during off-season workouts, but he was able to play through the pain. It got progressively worse Thursday. Source: Associated Press
