Raiders RB Michael Bush got the first carry at OTA workouts on Wednesday with the first team. Darren McFadden was second in team drills. Earlier this offseason, Raiders coach Tom Cable said in an interview with CBSSports.com that he sees an open competition for the starting RB spot between McFadden and Bush. "They're different styles obviously," Cable said. "Both of them have the chance to be the guy. Darren needs to stay healthy for longer periods of time. Michael needs to get comfortable if he's going to be an every-down guy." Bush has the chance to be the short-yardage RB based on his size, which gives him an advantage in scoring touchdowns. McFadden is a skilled receiver, so he can play more in passing-down situations.
