The Oakland Raiders have terminated veteran tight end Tony Stewart's contract. And they placed the following players on waivers: offensive lineman Allen Smith, fullback Chase Moline and wide receiver Paul Hubbard. Stewart is a former Philadelphia Eagles fifth-round draft pick who had been with Oakland since 2007 and was signed to a one-year, $1.2 million contract this spring. In nine NFL seasons, Stewart has registered 76 career receptions for 623 yards and three touchdowns. He has also played for the Cincinnati Bengals. Source: National Football Post
