This team will never be successful until Al is gone one way or another, be it in a box or by some miracle if he decides to turn operations over to someone else (although let's pray it's not to his son, who is just as batcrap crazy as he is). I appreciate the role he played in the building of the NFL and the influence he has had on the game, and I'll always love him for that and the image he built of the Raiders teams of the 70's I grew up on. but right now he's inept, delusional, and crazy, and needs to go.
