You were right. I was wrong. You said this was best for the short-term and I didn't believe it. however, they have averaged 30 points a game in the playoffs, have been more consistent, avoided mistakes, and used all of their offensive weapons to their fullest potential.

Interesting to have a SB where one team's OC has been fired, and the other team's QB has only been a starting QB for about half the season.

Thanks Capt., and i could understand ur concern at the time. I just dont think anybody outside of Baltimore could understand how bad things had got with Cam. Joe's passer rating is over 100 since Caldwell took over the play calling. Caldwell is so patient as a play caller, uses alot of different personnel, puts guys in the best positions to succeed, listens to his players and coaches, adjusts in games, really i could go on and on. Essentially he is everything Cam wasnt. He's been given the O.C. job full time today and they have brought in Juan Castillo to the staff as a consultant for now and run game coordinator next year. I think in the offseason he'll sit down with Joe and they'll further expand what each other likes and dislikes, how they want the offense to continue to evolve, etc. Never been so excited about the future of offensive football in Baltimore.
