I think the Hawks and Vikings both made out pretty well. Vikings need more than one piece, so getting multiple picks will help their cause. If Hawks can keep Harvin happy, then they'll be tough to deal with.

He's 32. I wonder how much gas he has left in the tank.

I think for the game he plays he has plenty left. He doesnt really rely on speed and quickness. Plus he is a very tough guy. Niners just need to find their deep threat now. If AJ Jenkins can step up that is a night mare for defenses. Boldin in the slow with Crabs and AJ on the outside.....nice

why does it seem the 49ers are just raping other teams with these trades? I think Baalke must know how to hypnotize people and he's just controlling these other g.m.'s brains.

i'm 100% certain that some other team would have given more than a 6th rd pick for anquan.

apparently they have now also released bernard pollard ............ this is going to be a whole new roster next season at this rate.

Baalke will not overpay for talent. The contract Walker got was way more than they were going to pay for that position, happy for DWalk but too expensive and they can find someone to fill the role. Same with Soap 3 years for $12 mil.

well, i'm just referring to the trade values they are getting, which are astounding imo.

Oh yeah, I didn't address your point properly. It seems like Balt was looking to shed money so they could create cap space. Probably just didn't take much time to shop him. The Chiefs were probably a little more desperate, especially with PHI not interested in trading Foles and it being a weak QB draft year. Those things drove the price up more

a 6th round pick ............ this trade didn't make sense to me when the ravens first did it and i don't think it ever will. not sure what ozzie was thinking. unless it was just a 'gift' between brothers.

but i'm still 100% certain some other team would have given a lot more for Boldin.

1 catch 7 yards w/less than half his snaps vs. Sherman and no Browner. I cautioned people this is part of the Anquan Boldin experience. When he's schemed open he's dangerous, he's tough, makes contested catches. He also lumbers around half the time, cant separate from man coverage, get's frustrated and would rather fight when he cant get open lol.
