Have to go with coaching cause my first reason is not going anywhere (JJ). I know the players are grown men. But if the coach cant motivate the team they have to find someone who can. But as long as JJ is in charge it will be a laid back atmosphere in Dallas. And then no coach will have to much success.
i agree Lddbck. a head coach, even at this level, is extremely important ............ they have to put their team in a mindset and motivate them as a group ......... some guys are just not very good at that, especially if they are too involved in the minutia (x's and o's, play calling, etc.) the head coach needs to be good at taking a 10,000 foot view of the group and implementing the right tactics to make everything blend well.
Jerry would hate to eat crow if he hired a real GM and they turned the team around. It would show that it wasnt him that made those superbowl teams in the 90's. And that he was/is the problem the #1 problem with this team.
as much as we like to snitch about jerry jerry didnt call bad coverage and fail to defend during the entire first half
