Redskins Shut Down QB Robert Griffin III For The Season

He's not injured, his gimmick got figured out and didn't have the ability to adapt and play a more traditional style. Not that it's his fault, he was always doomed in Washington and is destined to be put on the scrap heap.

It's not just RG3 that got figured out. Kap at SF has been figured out as well. It seems that all the QBs that run the Wildcat or Pistol or whatever you want to call it have been figured out because the defensive coordinators have had time to adjust. The only QB that still has had success is Wilson in Seattle. Why? Because they roll him out.

 

rg3's line is total crap! sunday the skins will either roll cousins out and run different plays or he will get beat up just like rg3 has all year.

 

Every time I feel like crap about the Cowboys, I just think about the dumpster fire that is the Redskins and I feel better.

 

cowboys are almost as pathetic as the skins! all that talent in dallas,everybody picking them as super bowl and division champs year in and year out,jaws,hollingsworth jerking off about how great the boys and romo are year in and year out,and while they made it to the playoffs and won a playoff game under romo,that is about all they did!
skins maybe the world's longest train wreck but the cowboys are almost as pathetic!

Cause, after all it is the Dallas Cowboys.(for some reason everyone in the media thinks this is "our" year every damn year) What I am getting at is the dismal situation that is going on in DC. Franchise QB is deactivated, the coach would fire the OC if it wasn't for him being his son. Not even sure if the coach will be there next year.. It is just a mess right now.

 

Well look at the Cowboys playoff record for the last 17 years. That should bring you back down to earth.

Agree! but if you look at the nfc east teams the last ten years the giants and eagles are more consistent winners than dallas or washington.

SHanahan is gone at the end of the season, Snyder will name Griffin the starter for next season.

 

snyder does not have to name him the starter,giving up about everything in three drafts assures him of that.
regardless of who the coach is,rg3 should spend the whole offseason working on his mechanics,studying film to see his weaknesses,and learn how to not stare down recievers and how to read defenses.
