There is a chance he plays but its not looking good. It would be a huge loss if he is out. I have faith in Carlos but Smoot worries me.
So freaking what... Its not like your going without your starting QB or RB, or WR. Or a Champ Bailey or a Patrick Willis. Hes just 1 cornerback. That Horton kid looks good and Smoot and Rogers are pretty good CB's so they should be fine. Its not like their going up agaisnt all-world beater WR's.
I still see it as a big loss. Carlos is solid but Smoot isn't all that great and will need safety help over the top and while Horton has made some great plays hes still very raw and is likely to get beat a coule of times. They may not have the best set of recievers but they are still a threat and i'm rather we faced them with our #1 guy playing.
Springs is still the best DB. The guy is very good. You just dont hear of him so much. Like Cornerlius Griffin, he is amazing but no one talks about him neither.
