Saints first-round pick Malcolm Jenkins is expected to fly into New Orleans tonight and participate in team's remaining minicamp workouts Saturday and Sunday. Jenkins, who wasn't allowed by the NFL to participate in offseason workouts and minicamps until his class graduated at Ohio State, recently wrapped up his studies and graduated, Saints Coach Sean Payton said following the team's Friday morning workout. Jenkins is expected to compete for one of the starting cornerback position. "Fortunately, he's graduated," Payton said. "He's flying in tonight. He was able to graduate and get his exams done. He'll be in tonight. You guys will see him on the field tomorrow. That's pretty important. That gives us Saturday and Sunday and all these OTAs. I think the learning curve for him will be smaller than if he would have been had he had to wait longer." Source: The Times-Picayune
