New Orleans Saints Executive Vice President/General Manager Mickey Loomis announced Wednesday the team has signed rookie free agent offensive tackle Michael Brown and waived wide receiver Chris Vaughn. Brown started for two seasons at Mississippi State after transferring to Starkville from the University of Florida.
