I could barely watch this game. Honestly why is it that anytime the Saints play a team that has obviously shown they are of a lesser caliber this season they play down? I mean granted I give props to the Redskins defense but all I could do watching this game was sit there, shake my head, and go "Are you kidding me?"

no no no....saints record stays intact. I think this game and the one vs the rams proves the saints are FAR from perfect and their Defense need to step it up if they hope to keep that record so spotless

yep, i was listening to the radio analysis after this game and someone was saying how the Saints hung in there and won this game. they made some plays when they need to but this was more of a case of the redskins finding a way to LOSE the game. the saints defense was shredded today and we all may want to take notice of this game as a warning to what could happen to the saints come playoff time .......................

 

I'd be livid if I were a Skins fan too. Missing a damn chip shot to make it a two score game? Seriously? They played an outstanding game and the freaking kicking team botches damn near an XP attempt to put the game out of range. You can't blame the D, you can only keep the Saints in check for so long. They did for long enough but the rest of the team didn't do their job.

Campbell looked promising today. Same with Thomas. Kid is coming around.
