well, that's true. the head coach should have to approve the game plan, i would think. i would imagine there are some situations where coordinators have autonomy, though.
I think they were trying to put more on Kap's shoulders but he still has some growing to do, mainly working on his progressions. He has to let his 2nd and 3rd reads work to get open without running out of the pocket prematurely. When they started doing designed roll outs, he did a lot better. Things should be clearer week 7 when hopefully Manningham is ready and we'll know more about Crab
