When the Seahawks drafted Jameson Konz out of Kent State last month, they targeted the athletic youngster as a wide receiver. But now that the 6-foot-3, 234-pounder has been in minicamp and workouts with the club, he's been moved to tight end, where he was working exclusively Monday during the team's latest offseason workout. "Originally I thought I was going to play a little bit of wide receiver, but once I got into camp they said they wanted to test me out at tight end," Konz said. "They just put me there and said, 'Do your best.' That's really what it comes down to." Konz is an intriguing athlete who posted some incredible predraft workout numbers at Kent State, including a whopping 46-inch vertical leap and running the 40 in 4.41 seconds.
