Semin Named First Star In October Alexander Semin, who scored 16 points to lead the NHL in October, was named first star of the month. He also had a plus/minus rating of plus-7 and matched Dale Hunter for the most points by a Capital in the first nine games of a season. (Hunter had a goal and 15 assists in 1991-92).
