yes i do know the difference! they still need proof the act actually took place! now,if they both agreed they had s*x,that would be proof,but if she says they did and he said they did not,there needs to be evidence that it did take place,and for that you need physical evidence! and if this goes to trial,regardless of truth,taylor's lawyer will make her look like she has been screwed more times than a pourn star,and for that reason,it may not make it to trial! i think it is really crapty,but i bet he gets by with it!

well, i'm not sure 100% sure they have to have physical evidence. I would imagine if there was enough legitimate witnesses that saw them together and acting like a 'couple', that may be enough.

If they are gonna send the guy away for awhile to pound him in the butt prison,i hope they prove the case against him or anybody else charged with such a serious crime.
