    When I think of the word visionary this family is at the forefront of my mind. The NFL isn't as popular today as it is without the Sabols IMO.

    Before the internet, ESPN, and the like, Steve Sabol and Howard Cosell's MNF halftime recap was about the only opportunity to see something other than the top teams. One of the most memorable voices associated with the NFL.

    NFL Films is the biggest reason I am such a hardcore football fan. I remember watching NFL Films as a kid late at night on ESPN. Steve Sabol took his father's vision and took it to a whole new level. He's a first ballot hall of famer for what he's brought to the game.
