Super Bowl XLIV: Colts Vs Saints

Saints to get the ball back with one timeout and about 30 ticks left.

 

I'm surprised the Colts didn't throw the ball on that drive and try to make the Saints pay for not getting points there.

 

I don't mind the Saints trying for it there. They aren't going to win this game with field goals. But the playcalling itself was questionable on both 3rd & 4th downs. They tried to be something they are not. They are not a smashmouth running team especially with no fullback in there. They should have just passed it, play to their strengths.

 

and just how does a spine removal prevent you from watching the game?

Agree...don't like the play calls. Like the call of going for it...just not the actual plays.

They could at least get 3 back here...

 

The Saints may very well get the FG here anyways so it would negate whatever negative they had from going for it as opposed to just kicking it. Their defense picked them up to keep the field position favorable.
