So.....were the Saints wrong for going for it on 4th and goal? The defense bailed them out with a great series to setup their second field goal drive.
Can you all hear that? It's the collective sound of toilets flushing all over America now that it's halftime.
It was worth the risk, they either got 7 or left the Colts deep in their own half and more likely to play conservatively, if they had got 3 and then the Colts started about their own 30 then they would have been more likely to throw it deeper.
Ladies and gentlemen, The Who Cares. Well, If you think about it, Saints kick a FG, stop colts, get it back and get another FG...we don't know that would've happened but a colts opening TD makes it 17-6. Yikes. And it was a horrible call running off tackle for the second play in a row against a defense as good as the colts. It's like running up the middle on the ravens or throwing it to darelle revis' man.
Go saints **********Automerged Doublepost********** At buffalo wild wings drinking to this so called great Super Bowl
The Colts playcalling would probably have been aggressive if they weren't starting on their 1 yard line, so you can't assume they would have still got a stop. The playcalling on those Saints runs were poor though.
Leave my geriatric rockers alone. It is all for a pay check. You to will be old one day. :icon_cheesygrin:
