Super Bowl XLVIII - Denver Broncos Vs. Seattle Seahawks - Sunday, February 2, 2014

well, the line hasn't budged from denver -2.5 yet. i have a couple of wagers between friends where i'm taking seattle +2.5. i still feel the line is off because of the peyton name. seattle is probably the better team and should be favored by a point or two.

I may be atheist, but the football gods are making me second guess that.

 

Little known fact. The line went off Seahawks -2.5 Right after Afc/Nfc championship game. The sports books went crazy in NV -Whales/out towners- (I was there too) People bet b4 they went home. The line moved in the other direction quick. No I stayed away from this one.. Still trying to find a 49er fan who is picking the Seahawks out here in bay area. Took their money...HeHee I want Manning to win-CLass and want him in the discussion of best QB of all time. We will c today. As the beer kicks in starting to think Seahawks win. As a team they seem to want it more. Beast Mode-Ground and pound.

I just want a great game. I like both teams alot. Obviously I want Denver to win because of the money, but if they don't I won't be disappointed unless it's a bad game.

There were a lot of prop bets you could make on this game. Wonder if anyone made any bets on a safety being the first points scored in the game?

I remember the last Super Bowl the patriots were in started with a safety and there was some guy that won thousands from it because every year he bet on a safety being the first score.

Great defensive play there by Denver. Their defense is keeping them in it from it's close to getting away here early. Manning needs to get going.
