The Houston Texans improved on both sides of the ball by agreeing to deals with defensive tackle Vince Wilfork and wide receiver Cecil Shorts III on Monday. Wilfork, who spent the first 11 seasons of this career and won two Super Bowls with the New England Patriots, agreed to a two-year deal according to John McClain of the Houston Chronicle. Like Wilfork, Shorts also agreed to a two-year deal with Houston. According to McClain, Shorts’ deal is worth $6 million. https://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-...e-wilfork--wr-cecil-shorts-iii-204120694.html
i have heard that wilfork is amongst the better locker room leaders in the league.i was hoping the skins would have signed him just for that.
Wilfork is still playing on a high level against the run, so with that trio Houston's D really looks set.
