This is 100% all on Simmons. All that matters to him is partying and being a social media star. While Embiid busted his tail every offseason to improve his game and become an MVP candidate, Simmons refused to work with a team's shooting coach and used his own brother instead. He is so afraid of big moments that in the final moments of Game 7, down by 2 points while he was under the basket and could dunk it....he passed it to a teammate away from the hoop instead. He's not a winner and he has no heart.
